Team Ring Order Questions

What is the minimum number of rings required in order to qualify for promotion?

The $189 promotion includes a minimum of six rings. If we do not reach five rings, then we will need to re-quote based upon the quantity of orders received.

How do I get the players on the team sized?

We are able to send a ring sizer packet to your team upon request. The packet will give you step by steps instructions on how to size your finger. We make this process very easy for you and your team. 

Those who can’t make it to the team meeting typically go to Walmart, Target, or a local jewelry store. We all use the same universal sizers.

How long does it take for us to get the rings?

Custom team championship rings typically take 10-12 weeks to craft. In some instances they might take a little longer, but that is rare.

When is payment due?

For the rings to start production, the order either needs to be paid in full or 50% deposit. All orders will need to be paid prior to shipping.

Can we do multiple ring top sizes?

You can; however, every time we make changes to the top of the ring, we will need to give you an additional quote. Sometimes those changes force us to create a second design with our machines, which depending on the quantity, could cost more per ring.

Now that we have the design the way we like it, what’s the next step?

Your sales rep will walk you through the process. We promise to make this very easy for your team.

What if players want to order at a later time?

Players can submit an “add on” order at any time after the original order closes. In some circumstances there may be additional charges that apply. They will also be responsible for their own shipping cost. All add-on orders require full payment upfront.

What do coaches put on the side of their rings instead of the number and position?

Up to three helmet characters are allowed. Coaches typically put HC, AC, DC, #1 in place of a number. Other times this spot is left blank. Up to five characters are allowed in the lower banner or under the main design on the side of the ring. Coaches typically put COACH, HC, year-date, or motto. Any five characters will work.

When the whole team doesn’t buy in to getting rings they ask what happens if we only order X amount of rings? Is there a minimum?

Our promotions includes a minimum of 15 rings. If we do not reach 15 rings, we will need to re-quote based upon the quantity of orders received. 

How do you collect when the rings are done? Do I have to do all that work in getting checks?

With the players who have originally paid with credit cards, we will automatically charge their remaining balances on an agreed upon date. We contact the rest of players with balances before the rings are finished to collect payment. We make this process as simple as possible.

I lost my ring. Can you replace it?

If you purchased the ring through us in the last 5 years, we have your order information on file. We can also manufacture a new ring accordingly.

How do I check the status of my order?

Each team lead will receive an email with updated status and timeline. Team orders typically take between 10 to 12 weeks from your approval date.

Can I order one ring?

How to access my team’s store?

The Coach or Team Lead on your Team order will have a store link to share with you. Please visit that link to order your ring/products. If you have trouble obtaining this link please reach out to our customer chat or email us at questions@signaturechampions.com.

Shipping/Production:

Current single ring production times are 14-16 weeks.  There are times when an unforeseen situation happens when crafting some rings. In this situation, please allow up to an additional four weeks. These delays are very rare, but sometimes necessary to make sure the ring is crafted exactly as our customers expect.

Can I add custom logo/designs to the ring sides?

At this time we only offer standard sport, number and text icons on the sides of the ring. If you are looking to have custom sides you will need to work with one of our Sales Reps–to do that please submit this form

How do I figure out my finger size?

What type of metal do you use?

We recommend the silver or yellow Lasium metals. They both have the luster and shine of white or yellow gold, and they won’t tarnish or scratch. All of our metals carry a full lifetime warranty on every part of the ring. No other company can beat our warranty and resizing guarantee.

Return Policies

Return Policy-Please read carefully before making your custom product purchase(s).

All orders placed through our online store are considered custom orders, made as requested by the customer (you), and we are not required to offer a refund if you changed your mind about your purchase. Each piece of custom jewelry takes many weeks to create from start to finish–depending on how you customized your order. 

Please note we do not refund orders for “buyers remorse”. We offer no refunds on custom engraved products and custom made rings. 

Items thought to be damaged or defective must be returned via our repairs process. The validity of all claims will be decided by Signature Championship rings. If the received order was faulty or damaged, we will properly meet obligations in our provided warranty. 

Payment Options

How much do we have to pay up front?

Team rings require at least $100 down per ring to start the order. The remaining balance will be auto-charged prior to shipment. If you are paying via Purchase Order then payment is due after products are received.

In the past, we always did it a certain way. So, can we keep the process the same in terms of deposit per ring and shipping partials?

We feel like we have really simplified the order-taking process to remove the headaches and confusion. We are happy to walk you through those steps when you’re ready. Nobody makes the process easier on the coaches and players than we do.

Who will be responsible for collecting the balances owed for the rings?

We make this process very easy on the team and coaches. With the players who have originally paid with credit cards, they can approve us to automatically charge their remaining balances. We contact the rest of players with balances before the rings are finished to collect payment. We take pride in taking these headaches away from the coaches and administration.

How do I make a payment?

What happens if we don’t like the rings when we receive them?

If you don’t like the rings when they come in, you don’t pay! No other company is willing to take this bold of a risk on their rings. That’s how confident we are that the rings will exceed your expectations!

Product Size Questions

How do I figure out my finger size?

If you received one of our plastic ring sizers, please click this link to see a video on how to correctly size your finger. 

If we shipped a ring sizer to your team or organization:
We suggest sizing your finger with them. If your team or organization does not have a sizer
we strongly suggest that you visit a local professional jeweler and have your finger sized. If this is a gift for a loved one, we suggest taking a ring that you know fits them, and have it sized by a professional jeweler.

To size at home: Another option is to print off this ring finger size sheet and follow the instructions.

How do I know how big each size is?

The availability of ring sizes vary per ring collection. Please check this to see size chart.

What happens if the ring doesn’t fit one of my players or something isn’t right on the ring?

We have manufacturing facilities inside and outside of the United States, just like our competition. We will pair your design with the manufacturing facility that is best equipped to precision craft your specific custom design at the fastest cycle time possible.

How do I check the status of my order?

Team order production times are 8-10 weeks.

Single order production times are 12-14 weeks.

Repair, Resize or Return Questions

I damaged the ring. What are my options?

The fee will vary depending on the style of ring. Repairs take three to four weeks. Some repairs are covered under our limited lifetime warranty, while others are not. Please see attached warranty to review what is covered. Contact us and tell us your issue, and we will get back to you promptly.

To get started, please use our online repair form and you will receive confirmation of the repair request with in 24 business hours. Please follow the included instructions to return you ring for repair.

The stone fell out of my ring. What can I do?

Please fill out our online repair form with your repair details and we will reply by the end of the next business day.

What kinds of repairs can you do?

Do you have a damaged class, college, or championship ring that needs some extra work? We can help.

At Signature Championship Rings we understand that rings get damaged and stones get broken or lost.

You may also just want us to apply new antiquing to the ring and polish it up. We can do that, too!

Ring Cleaning & Service Questions

Ring Cleaning Instructions

Cleaning care instructions: 90% of the time our rings will clean well with just a soft cloth cleaning. For rings that need more in-depth cleaning, use a cool mild soap and a soft cloth. Never use hard chemicals or alcohol to clean as it can damage the colored antiquing/epoxy.

I have an antique military ring and would like to re-create it. Can you help?

My ring doesn’t fit me anymore. How much is resizing?

Cancel Order

Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production. Most orders go into production 24 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email apparel@signaturechampions.com and include:

Track Your Order

You will only be able to track your order if it has been shipped. Please allow at least 7-10 days for items to print and ship..

Can’t find your order number?

1) Check your spam folder and other email accounts

2) Email us! Email us with as much information as possible for us to locate your order (Name, email, order number). Our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

You can track your package’s progress more closely through the shipping provider which is most likely USPS for domestic.

Your packaged marked as delivered, but can not find it in your mailbox or porch?

In the event your item was marked as delivered by the Postal Service, we kindly ask that you reach out to your local post office. There may be a chance your item was prematurely scanned and marked as delivered. In the event this happens your item may be delivered a day or two after the fact. Should you not receive your item by then, please do not hesitate to contact us. Customer Service Team apparel@signaturechampions.com will be happy to assist you.

I need to update my shipping address of my order

You can change your shipping address if your item has not already shipped. If you would like to change your shipping address, email us and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with
  4. Your request and NEW shipping address.

When will my order ship?

Product is made on demand. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for fulfillment and shipping.  Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary. Thank you for your patience. We try to have our products out as soon as possible, but sometimes our production team hits a delay due to different reasons, such as: holiday season, weather conditions, specific items, or back orders. We receive a ton of orders during championship season and work as fast as we can to ship.

Expedited shipping does not accelerate the production process.

How much does shipping cost?

Each product has different shipping costs based on weight.

What if the address was wrong?

If an order has an invalid address and gets sent back to the warehouse, we will inform you that the order has been shipped back to use and we will kindly ask you to pay for the shipping to get it to you again.

If you ordered as a group your order will ship to one address. Group orders will ship in 7-10 days.
