How does the design process work?
We pride ourselves on having the fastest customer response time in the industry! Each team/team lead is paired with your own Client Guide (Account Manager). They will guide you through our 4 step process:

  1. Design: We’ll work with you to create your team’s perfect design!
  2. Order and Craft: We make ring sizing a breeze and can help setup your easy online order.
  3. Ship and Receive! Time to celebrate! (normal production time is 10-12 weeks).
  4. Time to Celebrate! Share your celebration with us and tag us @signature_champ_rings or use #ShowYourSignature

What is included in the team ring pricing?
Our current team ring promo pricing starts at $164/ring. Our pricing includes:

  • Paired with a Client Guide to help you through the design, ring sizing, ordering and production process.
  • Unlimited artwork revisions.
  • Budget friendly designs (pick your stone colors, metal, logos, side designs, engravings and more). *Certain designs may include upcharges.
  • The highest rated customer service in the industry.
  • Same day responses via email.
  • Custom team logos, design ideas and more.
  • Easy online ordering –tailored to your team’s needs.
  • Package options to add on ring boxes, apparel and more! A great way to save and celebrate.
How does payment work?
We can take credit card, check, purchase order paid by the team or organization. Or we can setup an easy online store where players and individuals can pay easily online. If paying individually we do require each person to pay at least a deposit. Your Client Guide will have more info on this.
Do you offer a warranty on Championship Rings?

Yes, we offer the best full lifetime warranty in the industry. This is included with our Champions or Dynasty Package. Simply add those packages to your team’s order to receive lifetime support on your ring.

Do You Have Local Reps?
  • In efforts to keep our costs low and competitive we don’t send our reps out locally. Instead we communicate in many different ways (email, phone, text, mail) and we can send out anything needed to help you with your order.
  • We are proud to share that we regularly receive customer reviews that we’re the most responsive company in our industry and we will make sure to go the extra mile to make sure your experience is remarkable!
  • Our design, sizing process and order setup is led by your own personal Client Guide, who is there to help you every step of the way.
How does my team get sized?

  • We will send you sizer packets for each member of your team. This packet will give you step by steps instructions on how to size your finger. We make this process very easy for you and your team. We do have promotions that include a rep visiting your school or organization.
